The message reads, in part:
“Relations between our countries are based on the centuries-long traditions of fraternal friendship, spiritual and cultural affinity, and continue to develop dynamically across all areas. The institutions and mechanisms of the Union State are being continuously improved.
In today’s challenging international situation, the coordinated efforts by Moscow and Minsk in foreign policy, defence and security, along with the implementation of programmes to enhance financial and economic, scientific and technological sovereignty, hold particular significance.
I am confident that we will further promote mutually beneficial ties in all possible ways for the good of our brotherly nations and in order to ensure security and stability in the Eurasian space.”
