The telegram reads, in part:
“This is a barbaric crime, which has killed dozens of people and injured hundreds more, causes to feel indignation and resentment. Those who organised and carried out this inhumane act must be found and duly punished.
We express our genuine support to the leaders and people of the friendly nation of India.”
A passenger train was derailed on the night of May 28 following an explosion on the railroad track. The attack killed more than 70 and injured 200 people.
