The President ordered to investigate the loss of three satellites and name the people responsible.

Three Glonass-M satellites, intended to complete Russia’s GLONASS satellite navigation grouping, were launched using a Proton-M launch rocket from Baikonur cosmodrome on December 5, 2010, but fell into the Pacific Ocean 1,500 km from Honolulu.
