Trip to St Petersburg
Vladimir Putin presented national awards to organisers and participants of the project to study the relic subglacial lake Vostok in the Antarctic and held a meeting on the efficient and safe development of the Arctic. The President also had a working meeting with St Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko.
