Trip to Yaroslavl Region
On Knowledge Day, Vladimir Putin conducted the national open lesson Russia Focused on the Future. The President also attended the ProyeKTOriya national professional orientation forum. In addition, he had a working meeting with Yaroslavl Region Acting Governor Dmitry Mironov. They discussed the socioeconomic situation in the region and a number of complaints that came from the region’s residents during the Direct Line with the President. On the same day, Vladimir Putin toured the new public Olympic Reserve hockey school and talked with young athletes. Later on, the Russian leader met with members of the public of the Yaroslavl Region on board the Rossiya river cruise ship. At the end of his trip, the President visited the Tolga Monastery of the Presentation of the Virgin, which was founded on the bank of the Volga River in 1314.
