Accredited journalists will enter the Kremlin via the Kutafya Tower on November 16, 2012 from 13:30 to 14:30 and from 17:30 to 18:00 (see map). It is essential that you have your passport with you (journalists from foreign media outlets must also have a valid Russian Foreign Ministry accreditation).
Please note that the closing session of the XII Petersburg Dialogue public forum with the participation of Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel will also be held in the Grand Kremlin Palace, contrary to the information published on November 2, 2012). Therefore, the journalists accredited to cover the event will also enter via the Kutafya Tower (see map) from 13:30 to 14:30. The journalists will work in pools (except at the signing ceremony and the joint news conference of Vladimir Putin and Angela Merkel, the coverage of which is open to all accredited journalists).
