On February 6, Vladimir Putin will take part in the plenary session of the Delovaya Rossiya national public organisation’s 11th Business Forum.
The forum will focus on the role of businesses in attaining the national goals formulated in the Presidential Executive Order of May 2018. The forum participants from the non-commodity sectors will discuss current issues, including measures to encourage entrepreneurship, enhance labour efficiency, increase non-resource exports, improve the quality of infrastructure as well as education and healthcare systems, and train personnel for Russian companies.
The forum will be attended by over 1,500 delegates, including representatives of ministries and government agencies, heads of Russian regions, the owners of major Russian corporations, and experts.

Later the same day, the President will meet with the winners of the 2019 Nemaly Business Prize for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The prize was established in 2018 at the initiative of Commissioner for Entrepreneurs’ Rights Boris Titov with support from the Economic Development Ministry. It is an open contest for SME owners aged up to 40 years.
Prizes are awarded in six categories: Early Success, Rapid Growth, Innovative Breakthrough, Kind Business, Real Product and Grand Prix.
