On March 13, Vladimir Putin will hold talks with President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, who will come to Russia on an official visit. It will be his first international visit since re-election as the head of the Belarusian state.
The presidents will discuss the key aspects of the further development of the strategic partnership and alliance between Russia and Belarus, the outlook for their integration cooperation within the Union State, as well as current issues on the international agenda.
A number of joint documents are expected to be signed following the talks.
