Instructions to the Government of the Russian Federation concern the participation of IT companies that receive state funding in training professionals majoring in IT specialties at Russian higher education institutions, and in training information technology teachers for Russian educational organisations.
The Government of the Russian Federation, together with Russian Railways and Sberbank of Russia, was instructed to ensure that decisions are made that are necessary for implementing the project to build a high-speed railway connecting Moscow and St Petersburg, including measures of state support for Russian high-speed train manufacturers and funding of this project, including corresponding decisions to be made by lending organisations.
