Instruction to the Ministry of Defence and the Ministry of Culture, working together with public search organisations, concerns the transfer to museums of items that are associated with the special military operation and are suitable for museum storage and display.
Instructions to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture, together with the Movement of the First national children’s and youth movement, relate to the development of school theatres, including within the framework of the School Classics nationwide project, and inclusion in the project of literary works aimed at preserving the historical memory of the 1941–1945 Great Patriotic War.
Instruction to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, together with the Ministry of Defence and the Russian Academy of Sciences, concerns the organisation of studying the history of the special military operation.
