Regional Development Minister Igor Slyunyayev, Chairman of the State Duma Committee for Ethnic Affairs Gadzhimet Safaraliyev, and member of the Presidium of the Council for Interethnic Relations Vyacheslav Mikhailov spoke at the meeting.
Around 200 regional officials, members of regional legislative assemblies, heads of large municipalities, and heads of public councils took part in the meeting.
This meeting in the Central Federal District concludes a series of activities related to carrying out President Vladimir Putin’s instructions to systematise implementation of national ethnic policy in the regions.
