The President said that he has signed an executive order establishing a working group to develop the Open Government system. The group will be chaired by Mr Ivanov, with Mr Dvorkovich and Mr Abyzov as his deputies.
Mr Medvedev instructed the group to submit proposals on all of the Open Government system’s priority areas by April 15, 2012.
