Alexander Bedritsky – Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation;
Sergei Ushakov – Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation;
Sergei Grigorov – Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation;
Mikhail Fedotov – Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation;
Veniamin Yakovlev – Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation.
