The meeting participants will focus on issues linked with making the power grid infrastructure more reliable. Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov Shulginov Nikolai Shulginov Nikolai , Rosseti National Grid Company Director General Andrei Ryumin and several regional leaders will report on the issue.
