The centre offers extracurricular education opportunities for children and teenagers aged from five to 18. The project includes centres for young technicians and young naturalists, fully-equipped laboratories, a lecture hall, recreational halls, a medical centre, and canteens.
The centre offers extracurricular activities in three areas: engineering and technology (aircraft modelling, industrial design, IT technologies, and robotics), natural sciences (principles of biology, ecology, and agrotechnology) and art (pottery, traditional doll making, and wood carving).
