The Agreement was concluded between the governments of the Russian Federation, Belarus and Kazakhstan and signed in St Petersburg on November 19, 2010.
The Agreement is aimed at creating a legal framework for countering illegal labour migration of third country nationals to Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation and sets out the main lines of cooperation between the parties. These include the exchange of statistical, scientific and other information on combating illegal labour migration, sharing experience in this field, and organising and conducting training programmes, workshops and courses.
