Mr Medvedev said the high-potential management personnel reserve’s formation is an undertaking for the entire country, because, in his view, the process of personnel renewal and getting the right people into the right jobs has been taking place very slowly in Russia.
The President noted that the personnel reserve’s ‘first hundred’ members are people who have established themselves in their careers and are leaders in their professions. Mr Medvedev said that efforts should be made at the same time to draw into the personnel reserve young and not yet widely known specialists and managers.
