Christmas and New Year greetings to heads of state and government

Vladimir Putin sent Christmas and New Year greetings to heads of state and government and heads of international organisations.

In his message of greetings to President of the Republic of Abkhazia Raul Khadjimba Khadjimba Raul Khadjimba Raul , Mr Putin noted steady progress in the development of relations between Russia and Abkhazia over the last 12 months.
