On June 23, the President of Russia will hold a meeting at the Kremlin with alumni of higher eduсation institutions of the Defence Ministry, the Emergencies Ministry, the Federal Security Service, the Federal Guard Service and the National Guard, the Interior Ministry, the Investigative Committee, and the Federal Penitentiary Service
As per custom, the Russian leader will extend congratulations to the former academy cadets and students who have now become officers and wish them success in their important job of ensuring the security of the Motherland.
Over 600 alumni who graduated with honors from their schools, along with their professors and heads of respective agencies, will be in attendance for the event, which will be held in the Grand Kremlin Palace's St George Hall.
On the same day, Vladimir Putin will hold talks with Interim President of the Republic of Mali Assimi Goïta, who will be in Russia on an official visit.
The leaders are to discuss further development of the cooperation between Russia and Mali, including trade and economic, as well as investment ties, and some pressing regional and international issues.
