The Agreement on State (Municipal) Purchases was signed in Moscow on December 9, 2010.
The Agreement is aimed at deepening and accelerating integration processes in the Customs Union within the framework of the EurAsEC, designing legal foundations, common and transparent rules for conducting state (municipal) purchases, and ensuring fair competition.
The Agreement specifies the main requirements toward the parties’ legislation and the purchase of goods, works and services, as well as requirements for the goods, works and services themselves.
